pIRCIS is one person's project, so support is a GitHub issue:

Say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps, and so does the program, which the app can share as plain text (PROG > Share this program).

There is no account and nothing to sign in to, so nothing can be reset on your behalf; everything the app has is on your device, in its own folder in the Files app.

Before you ask

• A program does nothing: the cell the runner starts on may be blank. A runner sets off over empty cells and leaves the grid without ever reaching a command. Start it with an arrow.
• A program stops with a message: the readout under the grid (SYS > UNDER GRID: RUNNERS) says what each runner is about to do; step through with STEP BUTTONS on and the line before the stop is the one to look at.
